How does the registration process work?


ANSWER:

Simply register for the virtual event by clicking the Register Now button at the top of the page. Then, follow the instructions to fill out the form with the  requested information. 24 hours prior to the event start date, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your own profile, login, and password for the virtual platform where you will access our Virtual Event.

What to expect?


ANSWER:

The event is being held as a live broadcast. You’ll be able to see us and hear us but we can’t see you or hear you. There will be instructions for each session explaining how the “console” works. We hope to make the sessions as interactive as possible and will be holding polls during the session in the form of chat boxes.

How do I access the event on the day of?


ANSWER:

On the morning of the event, you will receive a reminder email that will contain a link to the login page where you will access the event using your info and enter the virtual lobby. You can also access the login page here by clicking the button that will be placed at the top of the page. If you need help logging in, simply click on the Get Help button and we will get you fixed up right away.

Do I have to download anything to attend?


ANSWER:

No downloads are necessary. You will just click the link that is provided in your confirmation email.

What is the cost to attend?


ANSWER:

CBORD Connect is 100% free to attend for all CBORD customers. While the event is free, all attendees must register using a work email address. Emails with the domain of gmail, yahoo, hotmail, live, etc. will not be allowed to register.

What time zone will the event be in?


ANSWER:

All listed times are in Eastern Time. We have made considerations in scheduling our programming to serve the needs of our broad, globally-based audience as much as possible.

Do sessions have a capacity?


ANSWER:

 No.

Will sessions be available on-demand?


ANSWER:

Yes, on-demand sessions will be available after the conference has been completed.

What if both sessions scheduled during the same time slot are topics I’m interested in?


ANSWER:

We have tried to accommodate our customers attending CBORD Connect by scheduling simultaneous sessions for different audiences when possible. However, we realize that many of our customers wear multiple hats and would like to attend both sessions. All sessions will be available on demand on-demand following the conference, so you will be able to access any sessions you missed during the live broadcast.
